Opened in 2012 after training at Ramen Jiro (formerly Kanda branch). Among Ramen Dai's sister restaurants, we are the only one with a small tiger next to the "large" in its name. We adjust the hardness of the noodles, the amount of bean sprouts, the intensity of the flavor, the amount of back fat, etc. to suit your preferences. I hope students can eat cheap and filling meals. PR: Lately, there are various soups and broths, all sophisticated and delicious in their own right. But in the end, I always come back to this nostalgic taste. Our proud miso ramen is a deep-flavored soup that blends three types of miso with a broth simmered for over 12 hours on low heat, containing pork bones, chicken bones, bonito flakes, dried sardines, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables. It pairs perfectly with noodles from Nishiyama Seimen, which we import from Sapporo. With a variety of toppings such as butter, corn, menma, green onions, meat, chashu, and eggs, you can enjoy your own unique ramen combination.

PR: After experiencing a career as a salaryman and about nine years of self-employment in a non-food field, I couldn't abandon my dream of starting a business again. While working, I trained at Tokishige Kasukahonten and saved money while waiting for the right moment. On November 10, 2018, I opened the shop on my birthday. I bear full responsibility, but my spirits are high! I don't do much PR for the shop. I aim to provide the same level of service as the master at Kasukahonten, where I trained. I want to cherish communication with each and every customer. The secret to deliciousness is also in the shape of the bowl. Please come and see for yourself.
Chicken white soup tsukemen and chicken white soup ramen are served with an IH pot, and you can enjoy them warm until the end. White soup shrimp tsukemen and curry mazesoba are original menu items at the Okubo branch.

PR: Our must-try menu item is Niku Soba, which boasts an exceptional amount of meat! If you want to experience the satisfaction of indulging in meat, Niku Soba is the way to go! The bowl is filled with tender and mouthwatering chashu. The balance with the light seafood-based soup is exquisite. Another recommended dish is the Dam Curry Ramen, where they create a dam with rice to hold back the curry. It may look unconventional, but the combination of slightly spicy curry soup and thick, chewy noodles is outstanding. The Dam Curry Ramen, born from the owner's love for dams, has gained acclaim among dam enthusiasts. This is also a must-try gem.
Inside the restaurant, you'll find pachinko machines for some reason. There is also a variety of manga books, Japanese dam maps, picture books for children, and toys. This reflects the master's hospitality! We aim to provide an at-home dining experience where you can relax even after your meal.

PR: Soju is an old-established Chinese restaurant in Jitsumyo. Despite being located in a residential area, the second-generation owner continues to uphold the taste of the previous generation. In addition to the nostalgic taste of the original Soju ramen, they are proud of their rich soy sauce ramen. The soup is made by carefully extracting the flavors of selected pork bones, chicken carcasses, and pork trotters for an extended period.
The original Soju ramen is a classic ramen dish with an abundance of ingredients, including chashu, naruto (fish cake), menma (bamboo shoots), spinach, green onions, and a half-boiled egg. It is characterized by a light soy sauce flavor. They also offer gyoza and fried rice sets, typical of Chinese restaurants, at reasonable prices. The generously filled gyoza is particularly popular, with each piece being large. The owner loves to see happy customers and periodically holds a "Aiko Cafe," a children's cafeteria, for local children, providing a place for them to relax.
