Mobile Stamp Rally Operating Environment
To participate in the stamp rally, you will need a smartphone connected to the internet.Operating Environment
[iPhone]Device
- Supports iPhones released within the last 3 years.
- As of October 2022, iPhones released starting from iPhone SE (2nd generation) are supported.
- iPads are not supported.
Operating System (OS)
- Supports the latest OS version and the one before that.
- However, for the first six months after the release of the latest OS, it will support versions up to two generations before the latest one.
- As of October 2022, it supports iOS 14 to 16 (support for iOS 14 will continue until March 2023).
Browser
- Safari
[Android]
Device
- Supported Android smartphones are those sold by major domestic mobile carriers and released within the last 3 years.
- Major domestic mobile carriers refer to "docomo," "au," "SoftBank," and "Rakuten Mobile."
- Tablet devices are not supported.

- Supports OS versions installed on the mentioned devices.
- As of October 2022, it supports Android 10 to 13.

[Other Environments]
- Even for devices that have been released for more than 3 years, they should work as long as they meet the OS and browser requirements mentioned above. However, since we have not conducted detailed operational checks, they are not officially supported. The same applies to participation from tablets; we have not conducted detailed operational checks, so they are also not supported.
Please note that participation from PCs or feature phones is not possible. Also, some Android smartphones with special shapes or purposes may not be able to participate in the stamp rally even if they meet the above requirements.
Notes for Participating in the Stamp Rally
This stamp rally app was created using the "RALLY" service, which allows anyone to easily create stamp rallies that can be played on smartphones. Please read the following notes carefully before participating in the stamp rally. If you do not follow these notes, there is a possibility that stamps may disappear. - Do not access with unsupported browsers (iPhone and Android). Access via SNS apps or QR code reader apps may cause stamps to disappear. For iPhones, use Safari, and for Android, use Chrome.[Do not use secret mode (iPhone and Android).]
- Turn off private browsing mode and secret mode. Also, do not delete your browser history while participating. Turn off private browsing mode and secret mode.
[Do not use code scanners (iPhone only)]
- If you are using an iPhone, do not use the "Code Scanner" found in the Control Center. Please use the standard camera app to scan QR codes and participate.

- Each person can participate in this stamp rally only once during the specified period.- Multiple entries for each benefit may be invalidated.
- Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, the event may be temporarily suspended, postponed, or canceled. Please be aware of this in advance and participate accordingly. Note that we cannot provide any guarantees in such cases.
- If this stamp rally is canceled for any reason, the stamps collected during the period will become invalid, so please be aware of this.
- Using a smartphone while walking or driving is very dangerous. Please refrain from doing so. When looking at your screen, please stop in a safe place where you won't inconvenience others.
- When participating in the stamp rally, please be sure to practice social distancing, wear a mask, and take other precautions as necessary.
- Please note that there may be delays in updating information on the website and stamp rally page due to administrative procedures.
- Do not enter private property or buildings without permission.
- If any restrictions or changes are implemented at the stamp rally's target stores, please follow the store's guidance.
- The business hours and regular holidays of stores may change without notice, especially during consecutive holidays, so please be vigilant.
- In case the soup runs out, the store's business may end.
- Please be aware that the content of the store's special offer may change or be discontinued without notice.
- Please note that during busy times, participating stores may not be able to answer phone calls.
- Participating stores may withdraw from this stamp rally without notice.
- Prizes may be subject to change without notice.
- The personal information you provide will be strictly managed and will not be used for purposes other than contacting winners for prize distribution.
- The winners will be announced through a fair lottery within two weeks after the end of the stamp rally period, and the prizes will be sent to the winners.
- Prizes will be sent by mail. There may be cases where we will contact you by email regarding the shipment of prizes.
- Please be aware that if there are errors in the information you provide, we may not be able to send you the prize.
- When visiting each store, please use public transportation.
